Dear AAPC Friends and Colleagues,
We are excited about the upcoming AAPC Conference in Atlanta, March 23-25, 2017. If you have not already made your plans to attend, I enthusiastically encourage you to join us for this important time together.
There have been so many changes in our organization over the past 3 years; the emphasis of offering each of our regions to create more local and relevant programs, conferences, connections, and education is most exciting. These changes and transitions have been difficult for all, and we continue to look for best management practices to provide support for regional leadership.
At this conference, we have a full schedule of exciting program offerings, with up to 19 certified continuing education credits available! We will have the opportunity to explore the innovative directions that various regions are initiating, and we will dedicate time together to focus on the importance of the mission of AAPC in our current world. We will explore the many ways for integrating spirituality into our psychotherapy, counseling, and education. This is a valuable time to learn from each other as we navigate these uncharted waters of possibility of our Vision and Opportunity- the Future of Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy Care.
We have extended the early bird rate for all attendees through pre-registration, ending March 11th. You can register on-line, or you may prefer to simply use a printed registration form. If you have any questions or need assistance in registering, please contact Tiffany Kindred or Terry Izaguirre – they are ready to help!
I look forward to seeing each and every one of you in Atlanta, March 23-25, 2017. What an important time to come together, and an exciting time in the life of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors!
Safe Travels –
Randy J. Simmonds, Ph.D.
