Our initial product, the Monthly Business Maintenance teleconference series has been very well received. At present the Competency Testing Video section of our website is not available  We hope to have these videos available in the near future.

We will be adding new products and services in 2010, including a Compliance Program for DMEPOS suppliers.

When purchasing teleconferences, PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY (and print this page if necessary):

At the time of purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately following the successful processing of your credit card. 

Before 9 PM Eastern on the night preceding the teleconference, you will receive an e-mail with the dial in number and passcode information for participation. As you enter your information at purchase, please be sure to use an e-mail address that you check regularly so that you can successfully receive your dial-in instructions in advance of the program.  Please be sure to check your spam and junk e-mail boxes for both the confirmation after your purchase and then the dial-in instructions on the day of the call.

If you have not received your dial-in instructions at your e-mail address by the morning of the teleconference, please call us directly in the office (not the 877 number) at 301-896-0192.

Please place your order for a teleconference at least 24 hours before the conference. We can not guarantee that we can successfully process orders on the same day of the teleconference.
