Shipping Policy

1. Healthy Juice, Inc.utilizes World Wide Express, UPS and YRC (Yellow Roadway) to safely ship products throughout the USA and to Canada and Puerto Rico. All shipments are insured.
2. We ship most orders in 2 business days. Some items require a longer shipping time and they will be noted as such. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped.
3. Orders with overnight shipping selected will be processed and shipped within one business day.
4. Some items must be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note, this may take extra delivery time. We will notify you if this is the case
5. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
6. Based upon your zip code, more than one shipping option may be available.
7. Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box, so please provide a physical shipping address.
8. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on your total purchase.

Internet Purchase Return Policy

Healthy Juice, Inc. values your business and we thank you for being an online customer. We're happy to assist you to make returns when that becomes necessary.Please review our Return Policy and then follow the return directions below.

Returns by Mail

All goods returned must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued by Healthy Juice, Inc. Please call toll free at 1-877-572-5027 8 am - 6 pm EST Monday through Friday for an RMA number. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, the customer pays return freight.

Shipping Return Directions

• Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
• Locate and include your packing receipt with the return merchandise. We suggest that you make a copy and save it for your records.
• Securely re-pack the return merchandise, all accessories and tags that were shipped with the item(s) in the manufacturer's packaging and then in an appropriately sized shipping box. Please use the original shipping box when possible.
• Please mark the outside of the package with your RMA number issued by Healthy Juice, Inc. Customer Service.
• We strongly suggest you use FEDEX or UPS to return your merchandise, and for your protection we also recommend you insure the package against loss. Request a delivery confirmation and save your shipping receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund. We are sorry; we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
• If no return address is indicated on the packing slip or you do not have the original packing slip, please return online purchases to:

We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
